Mr. Monkman during 2003 obtained after eight (8) days of trial "sole custody" for his cient of two (2) small children who had been abducted to Israel.
In May, 2004, after two (2) years of litigation and filings with the IRS, Mr. Monkman obtained the reduction of a $1.4 million dollar TAX ASSESSMENT and TAX LIEN to less than $230,000.00. (The disputed tax in question was reduced from One Million Dollars to approximately $70,000.00.)
In 2005 after protracted litigation, a Corporate Officer and Shareholder Client obtained a most favorable result in a Corporation "take-over" lawsuit.
In 2007 and 2008, Mr. Monkman was retained by several corporations and partnerships in the role of "Litigation Manager" regarding both Patents, Intellectual Properties, and Real Estate.
